Job Description

Lead Our Community: Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)

Are you a proven leader with a passion for excellence in long-term care? We are seeking a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to serve as the chief executive of our facility. This is an incredible opportunity for a visionary professional to oversee all aspects of our operations, from clinical care and financial management to team leadership and community engagement.

Your work will directly shape the lives of our residents, empower a dedicated staff, and ensure our facility remains a beacon of quality and compassion.

Why This Role Is Your Next Step

  • Complete Autonomy: As the NHA, you have ultimate responsibility and authority. You will set the strategic direction for the facility, implement best practices, and make key decisions that drive our success.

  • Comprehensive Impact: This role goes beyond a single department. You will be at the intersection of clinical care, financial health, and community relations, giving you the chance to make a profound impact on every facet of our organization.

  • Culture of Excellence: We are proud of our commitment to quality. You'll join a team of professionals who share your dedication to creating a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for every resident.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all daily operations, ensuring the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee the facility's budget, manage resources, and develop strategies to ensure fiscal stability.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all state and federal regulations, and prepare for and navigate inspections.

  • Staff Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across all departments, from nursing and clinical staff to administrative and support personnel.

  • Community Relations: Act as the primary liaison with residents, their families, and the wider community, fostering a culture of trust and open communication.

Qualifications

  • A valid and unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in your state.

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.

  • A strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality metrics, and financial management.

If you are a driven leader with a heart for service, we invite you to take the next step in your career. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to lead a community and leave a lasting legacy.
