• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,940 – $2,040

• Start Date: May 5, 2026
• Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour (18:00 – 06:30)
• Hours per Week: 36

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse (RN), with at least 1 year of NICU experience (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)
• Valid California RN license in hand (required)
• Current BCLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
• Clinical skills: Bubble CPAP, High Frequency Ventilation/Oscillators, ventilator modes (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BiPAP/PEEP)
• Experience with central line care and blood draws, PICC lines, intubations, ROP exams, and spinal taps
• Ability to titrate Dopamine and manage advanced neonatal medications
• 2 supervisory references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years
• LA Fire Card within the last 30 days (required)
• Willingness to work weekends as needed and float between facilities if required
• All requested time off must be submitted with your application

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate neonatal care in a Level III NICU (NICU RN responsibilities)
• Perform and assist with specialized procedures: central lines, intubations, ROP exams, and spinal taps
• Manage ventilators and advanced respiratory support, including HFV and Bubble CPAP
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy—to support neonatal care
• Document patient care accurately using the Epic electronic health record (EHR)
• Adhere to hospital policies and participate in orientation and required modules prior to start
