NICU Registered Nurse - Travel RN Opportunity in Philadelphia, PA

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience preferred
- NRP certification required
- BLS certification required
- Ability to provide care for critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU
- Comfort working night shift assignments in a high-acuity clinical environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to neonates requiring specialized intensive support in a Level III NICU
- Monitor and manage infants receiving conventional ventilation, high-frequency jet ventilation, high-frequency oscillator support, CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and nitric oxide therapy
- Collaborate with the neonatal care team to deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based neonatal nursing care
- Assess patient status, respond to changes in condition, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
- Float to the Well Baby Nursery as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support unit workflow during overnight shift coverage
