Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT)
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification required (examples: ARRT(N) or CNMT preferred)
- Current state licensure as applicable for Massachusetts
- Ability to provide required onboarding documentation (background check, health screenings, certifications, etc.)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
- Experience with cardiac imaging (MPI/SPECT/PET) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures in a Non-Invasive Cardiology setting, focusing on cardiac imaging and patient safety
- Operate nuclear imaging equipment and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Prepare and position patients, monitor patient status, and provide compassionate education and support during procedures
- Collaborate with cardiologists, technologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality diagnostic results
- Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and comply with radiation safety and quality assurance protocols
