- Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts per week, approximately 40 hours per week
- Shift Timing: Start times vary between 6:15 a.m. and 6:45 a.m.; end times generally fall between 4:45 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.

Operating Room Technician Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of operating room or surgical technician experience; 3 or more years preferred
- Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
- Demonstrated experience with orthopedic Mako robotic total joint procedures, including knee, hip, and shoulder cases
- Experience with the da Vinci robotic surgical system required
- Recent experience supporting GYN, urology, endoscopy, and general surgery procedures required
- Experience with eye and cataract procedures preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operating room while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety
Travel Surgical Technologist Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for scheduled procedures
- Support surgeons and the perioperative team during orthopedic, robotic, GYN, urology, endoscopy, general, and other surgical cases
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide appropriate instruments and supplies throughout procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and follow infection prevention, patient safety, and operating room protocols
- Assist with room turnover, instrument counts, specimen handling, and post-procedure cleanup
- Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, anesthesia professionals, and other perioperative team members to promote efficient patient care
