Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced perioperative environment
  • Comfort supporting patient safety, workflow coordination, and interdisciplinary teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care throughout the perioperative process in the operating room
  • Prepare patients for surgery and support safe transitions through the surgical suite
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR team members
  • Maintain sterile technique and uphold operating room safety standards
  • Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changing clinical needs
  • Document care accurately and communicate effectively during handoff and throughout the shift
  • Support efficient room turnover and high-quality surgical workflow
