Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical workflow, and patient safety
- Ability to work independently in a high-acuity surgical setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
- Assist with pre-operative preparation, intra-operative support, and post-operative handoff
- Maintain a sterile field and support safe surgical procedures
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team
- Monitor patient condition and respond quickly to changes during procedures
- Document care accurately and uphold clinical best practices
