• Setting: Outpatient Rehab – Orthopedics (Outpatient Physical Therapy)
• Assignment Type: Travel Contract (Travel Physical Therapist)
• Start Date: May 25, 2026
• End Date: August 24, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 5x8-Hour Days (07:30 – 16:00)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,900 – $2,040
• Hours per Week: 40

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
• Active Physical Therapist license (Oregon license can be pending at time of submission) — Oregon PT license accepted
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedics experience required (outpatient ortho experience)
• Post-op outpatient rehab experience preferred
• Hand therapy experience is a plus
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Specialty-relevant certification (e.g., Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, hand therapy certifications) must be provided at time of submission

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and post-operative conditions in an outpatient setting (orthopedic physical therapy)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes and functional recovery
• Utilize adaptive devices, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise techniques
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Document patient progress, outcomes, and plans of care using the Epic charting system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including PT assistants, occupational therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care
• May float to affiliate hospital (West Valley Hospital) as needed
