Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room (ER) experience required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification preferred or required based on role needs
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a fast-paced outpatient or urgent care setting
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic and urgent care environment
- Assess patient conditions, monitor changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Support efficient patient flow and help maintain a smooth clinical workflow
- Collaborate with providers and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality nursing care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
- Deliver compassionate care during evening shifts in a critical-needs setting
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered experience for every visit
