- Unit: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Telemetry

- End Date: June 27, 2026
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (0700–1900 and 1900–0700; day/night rotation)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,040 – $2,150
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or step-down unit
- Some ICU / critical care experience required (ICU exposure or recent float experience)
- Active Minnesota RN license
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Willingness to float to ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry units as needed
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to progressive care and telemetry patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry and critical care assessment skills; respond promptly to changes
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float to ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units to support staffing and patient care needs
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR) and complete timely charting
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and clear communication with patients and families
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for progressive and critical care
