What You Bring

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
• U.S.-accredited Internal Medicine residency (3-year program)
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible New York State medical license
• DEA registration (active or eligible)
• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment (active or eligible)
• BLS or ACLS certification
• Strong communicator — with patients, families, and care teams alike
• 1–3 years of outpatient experience preferred
