Physical Therapist (PT) – CCRC
Columbus, NC (Near Asheville & Hendersonville)

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- Flexible shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- No on-call requirements
Practice Setting
This is a resort-style CCRC campus offering a full continuum of care:
- Independent Living (majority of caseload – ~85% outpatient)
- Assisted Living
- Skilled Nursing
You’ll primarily treat active, engaged residents in a beautifully equipped outpatient setting—helping with:
- Deconditioning
- Fall recovery
- Post-surgical rehab (joint replacements, etc.)

Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or DPT)
- Active (or eligible) NC PT license
- SNF and/or outpatient experience preferred
