- Shift: Day — 3x12-hour (07:00 – 19:30)
- Hours per Week: 36

- Orientation: 24 hours provided
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1,180 - $1,270 per week
Qualifications / Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Cardiac Monitor Tech or in a related monitored care specialty
- Active MD or Compact License at time of submission
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- CCI CRAT or NTA certification accepted
- Experience with Epic electronic charting / documentation required
- Ability to float to all monitored units and to sister facilities as needed
- Availability to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays
- Two professional references from recent employers (one supervisor/manager and one charge RN acceptable)
- Local candidate requirement: must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms for adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatric patients in acute care and monitored units
- Recognize and promptly report arrhythmias, changes in cardiac rhythm, and urgent findings to nursing staff and physicians
- Document cardiac monitoring data accurately in Epic
- Troubleshoot cardiac monitoring equipment and ensure proper lead placement
- Float as needed to ICU, stepdown, and other monitored units; follow isolation precautions and PPE protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety and care quality
