- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,970-$2,290
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks

- Schedule: Days, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Shifts Per Week: 5
- Shift Duration: 8-hour days
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Operating Room / Surgical Services Leadership

- Holiday Requirement: No holiday coverage required
Job Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum 3 years of operating room nursing experience required
- Minimum 3 years of manager or healthcare leadership experience required
- Strong perioperative nursing and surgical services leadership background
- Excellent communication, team-building, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care, quality improvement, and clinical excellence
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the operating room and surgical services department
- Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff across multiple surgical specialties
- Manage staffing, workflow, and patient care coordination within the OR
- Promote quality outcomes, patient safety, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Support services across Urology, ENT, Vascular, OB/GYN, Cardiothoracic, General Surgery, and Acute Care Surgery
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and clinical excellence
