Travel Physical Therapist Job Details
- Setting: Home health physical therapy
- Location: Lake Havasu City, Arizona
- Assignment: 13 weeks, November 1, 2026–January 29, 2027
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; 8-hour shifts, 5 shifts per week
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030–$2,190
- Productivity Expectation: 30 units per week
- Coverage Area: Lake Havasu City
- On-call/Weekend Requirements: None
- Travel Between Visits: Mileage reimbursement provided between visits
- Dress Code: Scrubs
Physical Therapist Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related qualifying degree
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligible compact license
- Strong clinical and technical skills, with a friendly, caring, adaptable, and nonjudgmental approach
Home Health Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive OASIS assessments for home health patients
- Evaluate home safety and the patient’s living environment
- Develop, implement, and advance personalized plans of care
- Provide direct mobility, functional, and therapeutic training
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and safe care practices
- Supervise physical therapy assistants as appropriate
