- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,020 - $1,070 (travel RN pay)

- Setting: Rehabilitation Unit (inpatient rehab)
- Shift: 12 Hour Days (5:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (rehab experience preferred) — relevant rehab nurse jobs, skilled nursing, or acute care experience helpful
- BLS certification (current)
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced rehabilitation environment and manage patient care priorities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit (rehab nursing responsibilities)
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress, document observations accurately, and support discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, mobility, and self-care strategies
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff consistent with rehab nursing best practices
