Job Description
GHR Healthcare has an exciting full-time contract opportunity for an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in New Castle County, Delaware.
The RN will provide hospice visits across two nearby senior living communities located approximately 6 miles apart. Responsibilities include admissions, hospice patient care, documentation, interdisciplinary care coordination, and support for patients and their families. RNs can expect to see an average of 4 patients per day and may occasionally assist with community outreach events.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Details:
- Pay Rate: Starting at $57/hour
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Evening On-Call: Every other week; Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM
- Weekend On-Call: Every other week; Friday at 4:30 PM through Monday at 8:00 AM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: Minimum 1-month commitment with 2 weeks’ notice
- EMR: Netsmart
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), and more when working a minimum of 40 hours per week
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
- Valid Delaware RN license or Compact/Multi-State RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of prior RN experience in visiting hospice or home care
- Hospice and Palliative Care certification preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:
- Valid RN license in DE or multi-state
- Certification in Hospice/Palliative Care Preferred
- 2 years of prior visiting hospice or homecare experience working as a Registered Nurse
