Pediatric Complex Care | Community-Based Setting

We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee clinical operations across two pediatric community medical homes supporting medically fragile children. What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across two pediatric care homes
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to nursing staff
- Step in clinically as needed, including medication administration and coverage for call-outs
- Ensure high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care delivery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
Patient Care Environment
- Medically fragile pediatric population in community-based homes
- Supportive staffing models:
- 3:1 ratio (plus child care support staff)
- 2:1 ratio depending on census
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active license
- 3–5+ years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong pediatric experience required
- Hands-on experience with ventilators and tracheostomy care
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with clinical support
