• Shift: 12-hour Nights (Night Shift RN)

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility (PA RN)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg (medical-surgical) nursing experience
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
• Comfortable working night shifts and in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical-surgical nursing care to adult patients on a Med/Surg unit
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately in the EHR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, case managers) to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient and family education
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and compliant environment for patients and staff
