RNAC - Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete MDS assessments in accordance with federal and state regulations
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate clinical documentation and care planning
  • Support PDPM accuracy by identifying reimbursement opportunities, including non-therapy ancillary (NTA) components and other key indicators
  • Participate in daily utilization review meetings to promote compliance and optimize outcomes
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care
Ideal Candidate
  • Active RN license
  • Experience with MDS, PDPM, and long-term care reimbursement processes
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams
  • Passion for delivering quality care while supporting operational excellence
