Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete MDS assessments in accordance with federal and state regulations
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate clinical documentation and care planning
- Support PDPM accuracy by identifying reimbursement opportunities, including non-therapy ancillary (NTA) components and other key indicators
- Participate in daily utilization review meetings to promote compliance and optimize outcomes
- Maintain high standards of documentation, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care
Ideal Candidate
- Active RN license
- Experience with MDS, PDPM, and long-term care reimbursement processes
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams
- Passion for delivering quality care while supporting operational excellence
