Job Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license in hand
- ACLS certification required
- BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Ability to provide requested time off at the time of submission
- Comfort working in a telemetry-based acute care environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to telemetry and neuro patients
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Maintain a calm, organized approach in a fast-paced clinical setting
