Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) & Financials (FIN) Analyst

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) & Financials (FIN) Analyst to support the ongoing optimization, configuration, enhancement, and production support of our Workday ERP environment. This role will serve as a functional and technical expert across Workday SCM and Financials, partnering with Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to improve business processes and system functionality.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management, including business process configuration, reporting, integrations, testing, and production support. Experience working within a healthcare organization is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Financials (FIN) modules.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and operational stakeholders to gather business requirements and design system solutions.
  • Configure and support business processes, security, reporting, and workflow automation within Workday.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable solutions that align with organizational goals and Workday best practices.
  • Support procurement, inventory management, supplier management, requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, and invoicing workflows.
  • Support financial processes including general ledger, accounts payable, expense management, asset management, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionality and system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and partner with internal teams and Workday Support to resolve application problems.
  • Participate in Workday biannual releases, evaluating new functionality and coordinating testing and implementation activities.
  • Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to support inbound and outbound interfaces between Workday and third-party applications.
  • Provide end-user support and recommend continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Workday Financials and/or Supply Chain Management experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Workday SCM and Financials modules.
  • Experience configuring Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of procurement, inventory, sourcing, supplier management, and financial operations.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, and production environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Workday Financials and Supply Chain in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.
  • Workday Pro certifications or relevant Workday implementation experience are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting Workday releases and testing cycles.
  • Knowledge of healthcare supply chain, procurement, and financial operations.
  • Experience working with large enterprise organizations or integrated health systems.
